Billy G’s Kirkwood is looking for an experienced & passionate Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will overtake a variety of responsibilities and duties such as overseeing food and service quality, recruiting and hiring staff, and developing guest relationships.

Job Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • Deliver superior guest services and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
  • Construct schedules for multiple departments
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
  • Perform opening and closing tasks
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Extensive food and wine knowledge
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Team player
  • Great time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

For servers & bartenders, we ask that you have 2+ years of experience in that position. Weekend availibilty required.

No experience is required for host & server assistant positions. This is an excellent first job or just for those who love a fast paced environment.

We ask that line cooks have 2+ years experience.
